1. Agreement to These Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of ashunscripted.com and all content, products, memberships, coaching services, downloads, communities, and messaging programs offered by Ash Unscripted ("Ash Unscripted," "we," "us," or "our"), based in Phoenix, Arizona.

By visiting the site, submitting a form, purchasing a product, or opting in to our email or text messaging program, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the site or purchase our products.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use this website, purchase our products, or join our email or SMS programs. By using the site you represent that you are 18 or older and able to enter a binding contract.

3. What We Offer

Ash Unscripted provides business education, coaching, templates, and community access for event planners and event business owners. Offerings currently include digital toolkits and templates, a paid membership, higher-tier access programs, one-to-one and group coaching, VIP intensives, and free resources such as assessments and guides. Descriptions, pricing, and inclusions are set out on the relevant sales or checkout page and may change at any time. Changes do not affect purchases already completed.

4. Accounts

Some products require an account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Accounts, memberships, and course access are for one person and may not be shared, resold, or transferred. We may suspend or terminate an account we reasonably believe is being shared or misused, without refund.

5. Payment, Billing, and Cancellation

• All prices are in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise, and you are responsible for any applicable taxes.
• One-time products are charged in full at checkout.
• Memberships and subscriptions bill automatically on a recurring basis at the interval shown at checkout, using the payment method on file, until cancelled.
• You may cancel a subscription at any time through your account or by emailing [email protected]. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period. You keep access until then, and you are not billed again.
• Payment plans for coaching or higher-tier programs are binding for the full stated term. Cancelling a payment plan does not cancel the remaining balance owed.
• If a payment fails, we may retry the charge and may suspend access until payment is resolved.

6. Refunds

Because our products deliver immediate access to digital materials and intellectual property, all sales are final and non-refundable unless a specific refund window is stated in writing on the sales page for that product. Where a guarantee is offered, the terms and deadline shown on that sales page control. Coaching sessions and VIP days that have been delivered are not refundable. Missed sessions without at least 24 hours' notice are forfeited.

Chargebacks filed without first contacting us are a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate termination of access and collection of amounts owed.

7. Intellectual Property

All content we provide, including templates, contracts, frameworks, worksheets, course materials, recordings, written content, graphics, and the Ash Unscripted name and marks, is owned by us or licensed to us and is protected by copyright and trademark law.

On purchase you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the materials in your own business. You may customize templates for use with your own clients. You may not resell, redistribute, license, teach, publish, or share the materials, in whole or in substantial part, as your own product or program, and you may not share your access with others.

8. User Conduct and Community Rules

In our communities, comment areas, and coaching spaces you agree not to harass, threaten, or discriminate against anyone; not to share other members' private information or content outside the group; not to solicit or spam members; and not to post unlawful, infringing, or deliberately misleading content. We may remove content and remove members who violate these rules, without refund.

10. Text Messaging (SMS) Terms

Program description. Ash Unscripted operates an opt-in mobile messaging program that sends special offers, discounts, program announcements, and service updates to subscribers who have given express written consent.

How you join. You are enrolled only when you affirmatively check the SMS consent box on one of our web forms, or reply to a published keyword, or otherwise give documented written consent. The consent box is never pre-checked, is never required to submit a form, and your consent to receive texts is never a condition of purchasing any product or service.

Message frequency. Message frequency varies.

Cost. Message and data rates may apply. We do not charge for the messages, but your mobile carrier may. Check your plan for details.

How to opt out. You may cancel at any time. Reply STOP to any message from us. You will receive a single confirmation message, and we will not send you any further marketing texts unless you opt in again. You may also opt out by emailing [email protected] or calling (888) 332-4437.

How to get help. Reply HELP to any message for assistance, email [email protected], or call (888) 332-4437.

Supported carriers and delivery. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission from your wireless service provider and is outside our control. Not all handsets or carriers support all message types.

Eligibility. You must be 18 or older and the subscriber or authorized user of the mobile number you provide. Notify us if the number changes or is no longer yours.

11. Email Communications

When you submit a form you may receive marketing and educational email from us. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link. Transactional messages related to your purchase or account will still be sent.

12. Third-Party Links and Tools

We may link to or recommend third-party websites, software, and services, sometimes through affiliate links for which we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. We do not control those third parties and are not responsible for their content, products, pricing, or practices.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Ash Unscripted and its owners, employees, and contractors from any claim, loss, liability, or expense, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising from your use of our content or services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right, including your use of our templates with your own clients.

16. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to any product, membership, or community at any time for violation of these Terms, non-payment, or conduct that harms other members. Where termination is for cause, no refund is owed. You may stop using the site at any time and cancel subscriptions as described in Section 5.

17. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict of law rules. Before filing any formal action, you agree to contact us at [email protected] and attempt to resolve the dispute informally for at least 30 days. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona, and you consent to that jurisdiction and venue.

18. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time. The effective date at the top shows the latest revision. Continued use of the site or services after changes are posted means you accept the revised Terms.
