My Story
I didn’t start my career thinking, “One day I’m going to coach event professionals.”
I started exactly where most of you did.
With creativity, hustle, and a calendar full of events that somehow all needed to happen at the same time.
For more than 15 years I’ve produced everything from weddings to large-scale corporate events and conferences. Along the way I built businesses, led teams, navigated high-pressure productions, and learned what it actually takes to survive in the events industry.
And somewhere in the middle of all of that, I noticed something.
Most event professionals aren’t struggling because they lack talent.
They’re struggling because no one ever taught them the business side of this industry.
So we end up doing everything.
Planner.
Sales team.
Marketing department.
Operations manager.
Accountant.
All while trying to produce incredible events.
It’s exhausting.
I know because I lived it.
Ash Unscripted was born from that realization.
Not another “business guru” program… but real strategy for real event professionals who want their businesses to actually work.

I stepped back and rebuilt the business behind the events.

That’s when I realized something that completely shifted my perspective:
